In underserved communities, women and adolescent girls often face poor health awareness, nutritional deficiencies, and limited access to timely care, increasing risks to their well-being and dignity.

Our Journey so far
Founded in 2001, Gram Vikas Trust began as a small, community-driven initiative rooted in the belief that every child, woman, and family deserves the chance to live with dignity. What started with grassroots efforts in rural Gujarat has grown into a trusted development organisation working closely with communities across Bharuch and Narmada districts.
For over two decades, GVT has evolved into a people-centred organisation advancing education, health and hygiene, nutrition, women’s empowerment, and community development. Through consistent engagement, partnerships, and community-led solutions, we continue to strengthen systems and create pathways for resilient, inclusive, and thriving communities.
