VidhyaSathi Programme
Supporting Struggling Learners to Build Strong Academic Foundations
Implemented across 69 schools in Vagra and Jhagadia blocks, this remedial education initiative reached 9,108 students. The programme specifically targeted slow and struggling learners from Standards 3 to 8 in government schools. Through structured academic support and regular assessments, it aimed to strengthen foundational literacy and numeracy skills. Community and teacher engagement formed a key component of this model.


Play School (ECCE Initiative)
Supporting Early Childhood Development for Children of Migrant Families
Catering to 140 young children from migrant communities in the Ankleshwar and Dahej regions, this programme focused on school readiness through age- appropriate pedagogy. Operated in 2 play school centers, it also involved 120
families, addressing early childhood development gaps among children of industrial workers.
Education & Community Programme
Empowering Young Children Through Community-Led Early Education
This intervention reached 197 students and 163 families in Dabhoi, focusing onearly childhood care and parental engagement. It aimed to enhance cognitive, emotional, and physical development through community-based preschool
education models.


Support a Girl Child – Bicycle Distribution Programme
Supporting Girls’ Education Through Mobility and Equal Opportunity
Under this gender-equity initiative, 300 adolescent girls from 140 families received bicycles to enable continued access to secondary education across 20 schools in Vagra and Jhagadia blocks. The programme tackled mobility barriers and contributed to reduced dropout rates among girls in rural areas.
Scholarship Support Programme
Investing in Bright Futures Through Scholarship Support
To support meritorious and financially underprivileged students, 15 students from 15 families across 10 schools in Bharuch District received need-based scholarships. This initiative ensured continuity in education without financial
disruption.


Read To Me Programme
Strengthening Literacy Through Technology-Enabled Reading Programmes
A large-scale digital reading initiative implemented in 76 schools in Halol-PMS, the programme benefitted 8,000 students, including 3,800 girl children. With the involvement of 2,100 families, this intervention improved reading
comprehension and fostered a love for reading through interactive, technology- enabled sessions.
Salt Pan Education Programme
Bringing Learning Opportunities to Children in Migratory Communities
Designed for the children of salt pan workers in Dahej, Paniyadra, and Gandhar, this programme reached 84 students and 45 families across 3 locations. It focused on bridging seasonal learning loss and ensuring educational
continuity for children in migratory, high-risk contexts.
